" I grew up in my great-grandfather’s vineyard, where my father currently works. This experience made me fall in love with the Enología. Being a winemaker makes me feel special. We work in the vineyard as organically as we can. Mendoza’s dry climate really helps with this. I think that good wine is born in the vineyard; therefore we work very hard to achieve this. At harvest time we sacrifice our family and ourselves (we spend less time with them and get very little time for rest). Funnily enough though it is also the most gratifying season! I cannot take all the credit for the wines we produce. Winery and vineyard workers are indispensable for great results in the bottle. If we work healthily in the vineyard our wine is genuine.
