About the wine
A 'refreshing departure' from typical California Pinot
This Pinot Noir exudes finesse and elegance with bright red flavors like cherry, raspberry and strawberry cradled in silky smoothness.
Your funding took Ashley into the revered “Deep End” of Mendocino’s Anderson Valley – the coolest of the cool – where lingering fog and Pacific Ocean breezes allow for ripening Pinot slowly to perfection.
“2021 was a very light vintage! Excellent in quality, but not many bottles to be had,” says Ashley. Be one of the lucky ones – snag her debut Angel-funded Pinot to enjoy throughout fall and winter’s holiday meals with family and friends.
Best before
You can open this now, but make sure to give it a little air to bloom and reveal its personality. It will really be drinking nicely from 8+ months on!
Serving advice
Pop it in your fridge for 5-10 minutes before opening to ensure the temperature unlocks all there is to this wine.
Food match
This wine will shine with duck, anything with mushrooms, pork belly, terrine, barbecued pork ribs and salmon. Pinot + cheese & charcuterie = divine!
Contains sulphites
