About the wine
Cult Cabernet that's been 2 years in the making
Camille Benitah, your Angel-funded winemaker, says:
- "This comes from two incredibly distinctive vineyards in the Napa Valley. The grapes from cooler-climate Coombsville slowly develop their intense flavors and deep, dark color. The fruit from eastern Oak Knoll at the foot of Atlas Peak is drenched in sunshine and builds the structure and power that form the skeletal structure for this impressive wine."
- "Every grape is pulled off the stem and fermented without a hint of green, vegetal material and I ferment the full berries to caputre the aromatics and extract optimum flavor and texture from the numerous velvety tannins in the grape skins. That's why the mouth is full and round and the finish long and soft, with an incredible red fruit finish."
- "Thanks to Angel funding, I could use my connections to get fruit from 2 premium vineyards from which the wines are usually sold for over $150.00 - there are only 600 cases. And I'm very proud to offer such a special wine at such a reasonable price."

Meet the winemaker - Camille Benitah
- Camille learned her craft in Bordeaux, France working at very prestigious Chateaux there. She moved to California and was the winemaker for one of Napa's most sought-out cult wines, Merus ($150 a bottle).
- But like all real artists, Camille wanted to make her own wine, her own way -- and Angels allow her to do just that. She's uncompromising and fiercely protective of her wines every step of the way.
- We didn't hold anything back with Camille. She gets to make her dream wine, no holds barred, and the results are spectacular.
