Carmen’s Cabernet Shiraz blend is bursting with vibrant flavors with just a touch of toasty oak that makes it the perfect easy-drinking red for any day of the week.
Thanks to Angel support, Carmen harvested top-tier grapes from her choice of vineyard sites in South Africa’s Paarl and Swartland regions, where dry, warm conditions push the grapes to develop seriously concentrated flavors.
This is the final vintage of this wine, so stock up while you can, so you’ll have plenty on hand for those burgers and fries Carmen recommends.

Serving advice
I opened this immediately and tasted it - so nice and soft - then I had another glass with dinner and was even happier, all the flavors popped. Lovely.
