Angel funding helped Carmen secure premium Merlot, Cabernet Sauvignon, Cabernet Franc and Petit Verdot from sun-drenched vineyards of Stellenbosch and Paarl, taking flavors to a whole other level.

Ripe tannin structure, acidity, well-balanced oak and rich fruit give this red aging potential of 7-8 years.
Serving advice
Open 2-3 hours before serving. This will encourage all the beautiful flavors to show themselves.

My favorite pairing is sticky oxtail stew served atop creamy polenta.
