About the wine

Serving advice
Opening 30 minutes before drinking may be beneficial for the first 6 months or so. This one you'll want to savor.

Floral nose, soft tannins, herb garden, cherry and blueberry in the background - and caramel? herbs and acidity carry into the finish

Hi Angels,
I hope everyone is staying dry and warm. I can't believe it is almost Thanksgiving already. November is flying by this year. I have included some pics of our month. The vineyard in color pictures are from early November. Since then, life on the property has been all about barreling down the 2024 WV Pinot Noir, and leaves. Lots of leaves. Seems like as soon as we clean up, it rains and looks like we never touched the ground. I think the end is finally in sight though.
Thanksgiving is 1 week away, and today is the last day to get guaranteed delivery of an order. I just got my order submitted. As most wine drinkers know Pinot is king with Thanksgiving dinner, whether you are doing traditional Turkey and fixings, or something less traditional like ham, pork loin or even a prime rib.
Sorry we are sold out of the Willamette Valley blend, but splurge a bit and grab some of the Chris Baker Yamhill-Carlton Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2021, Dundee Chris Baker Dundee Hills Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2021, or Chris Baker Ribbon Ridge Willamette Valley Pinot Noir 2022. They are all drinking beautifully now.
Also, don't forget a couple bottles of the Chris Baker Willamette Valley Pinot Gris 2022, or other whites. It a crowd pleaser while cooking, watching football, or simply chatting with family. It will also go amazingly with dinner, if it lasts that long. If you want a white wine on the table with turkey, I would highly recommend the Pinot Blanc.
