About the wine
Only the boldest reds go inside this bottle
- You don't expect an award-winning Cab maker to find wine inspiration in a tattoo parlor, but here we are. Ink is the loud and outspoken red inspired by "Ms. Ting!"
- Folsom, CA tattoo artist Zhou Dan Ting is “China’s First Lady of Tattoo” – famous for her bold and limitless approach to traditional styles. She inspired Ink – David's blend of Tannat, Teroldego and Petite Sirah that's as memorable as Ms. Ting's design on the label.
- This is a big red for BIG red drinkers, fully-loaded with black fruits and bombastic richness. And unlike *some* tattoos, you'll never regret this signature blend – it's worth its weight.
Best before
I think it would be fun to chuck a couple of bottles into a dark corner and surprise yourself in a couple of years.
Serving advice
Pour a glass and experience the wine as it absorbs energy from the air.
Food match
The wine is almost a meal in itself, but aged cheeses, Tomahawk steak, grilled Angus beef burgers and marinated pork belly will stand up to Ink.
Contains sulphites
