- Eponina was Wayne’s first Angel-funded sparkling wine ever – now it’s returning and more elegant than ever, with delicate layers of fruity finesse and oh-so-fine bubbles you won’t be able to resist!
- Wayne knows a thing or two about sparkling. Before he came to work for you, he was head winemaker for the American branch of THE Moët Chandon, making some of the most famous sparkling wines in the world. Now he’s using all his expertise just for you!
- With your funding, Wayne harvested pristine grapes from cool-climate corners of California to bring you a delicate, perfectly balanced sparkling white brimming with bright fruit flavors and sporting a wonderfully smooth, silky texture.

Meet the winemaker - Wayne Donaldson
- Wayne is the former head winemaker responsible for Domaine Chandon's bubbly. As in Moët & Chandon. He makes bubbles exclusively for you now.
- Wayne knows how to make the world's finest bubbly, but it's exceptionally expensive to go into sparkling winemaking on your own, so he's always had to work for big companies with prestigious brands...
- ...until Angels funded his exclusive range of California sparkling wine. Now it sells as fast as he can produce it and he's free to make wines the way they deserve to be made — instead of being bound to some big company's "brand image."
