This refreshing white will leave you smiling, smug. No one knows Pinot Gris from Slovenia yet - but you will. And what a crisp, outrageously fruit-powered triumph it’ll be to serve to unsuspecting dinner guests.
Located at the foot of the Julian Alps, Brda finds itself wedged between Slovenia’s snow-capped mountain peaks and sun-baked Adriatic coastline. Franc has family and a long history here, so he knows where to find the “crispest, most delectable” grapes.
Get a bottle now, you trendsetter. Pair with a meal that’s the talk of the town - this Pinot Gris will fill in the natural lulls in conversation.

Serving advice
I like this wine straight from the fridge, its a bit brighter and fresh at this temp, but if you really want to feel all the flavors and body, let it warm up to about 55°F.
Food match
It's beautiful with a cheese platter, but seriously - this white goes with everything. A bagel with cream cheese and lox, hot and sour soup, that great Cubano sandwich you can get at the food truck owned by that guy with the cool beard.
