About the wine
World-class Chardonnay at an unbelievable price
- Chardonnay fans should buckle in for a true delight - Irene's boutique Chard is made in her small family cellar where she can really take care of the fruit to make a truly unique wine with loads of elegant, ripe fruit, a touch of citrus, and a hint of oak.
- With Angel funding, Irene hand harvests from vineyards near Curico on the steep slopes of the Andes foothills. 50% aged sur lees in expensive oak barrels to get extra texture and depth in the wine.
- This is a bombshell Chardonnay for less than $10, incredible value that's only possible because of Angel funding and Irene's amazing talent.

My advice is to drink this wine now through the next two years. The freshness and the fruit characters are ready to be enjoyed.

I recommend chilling this wine, maybe a little bit more than necessary as wines warm up in the glass.
