- Super smooth Chardonnay dripping with ripe tropical fruit – JC really showcases what he can do with sustainably grown, single-estate fruit in the Lodi appellation.
- JC uses Angel funding to treat this wine right, an extended cool temperature fermentation preserves the Chardonnay's brightest, fruitiest characteristics.
- Here's a kitchen secret: a good pesto sauce and a glass of this Chardonnay can turn an everyday sandwich, salad or pasta into a Michelin star lunch.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - JC van Staden
- JC is an all-star in California's Central Valley with a hand in producing many of the award-winning wines in the area like the Peltier Station Teroldego that unhooked a couple gold medals and a "Best of Class" award last vintage.
- His job lets him spot great fruit that stands out, so he separates that to make great wine that always overdelivers.
- We're really excited to have a Lodi winemaker who specializes in big, beefy reds because these are typically expensive-styled wines, but he's delivering them at really impressive prices.
