It's wonderful with spring rolls, guacamole, soft cheeses like Brie and Camembert and spicy Asian cuisine. It also loves fresh fruit platters, custard tarts - even chocolate-dipped strawberries.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
