My Hero Shiraz is drinking beautifully now, and will continue to drink well until 2028.
Serving advice
I recommend opening and decanting or allowing the wine to breathe for 2 hours prior to serving. My ideal serving temperature is 57-64ºF.
Food match
My Hero Shiraz is wonderful with a traditional roast beef, with all the trimmings and homemade gravy. It also loves a bit of spice, and is delicious with a spicy spaghetti Amatriciana, or home-made burritos.

Meet the winemaker - Jen Pfeiffer

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
