About the wine

- Using her 2020 Winemaker of the Year expert touch, Karen made this jammy, berrylicious red for you to enjoy anytime, anywhere.
- With your support Karen harvested top-notch Cabernet, Zinfandel, Syrah and Petite Sirah from vineyards farmed by one of Lodi’s legacy winegrowing families, then blended them into this succulent wine.
- “This wine is so drinkable. It reminds me of a slice of warm blackberry pie in the middle of summer,” says Karen. Have a few bottles on hand for relaxing and spending time with friends and family – you can’t go wrong!

This wine was made to drink now, but it will also evolve and age in the bottle. I can't wait to try it over the next few years.

This is a great wine to enjoy without food, perfect for after work or when friends start to get together again. I've been enjoying it with takeout and snack foods. It pairs great with wings, French fries, Chinese food, potato chips and pretzels.

- Karen Birmingham proved her incredible talent working for years at sustainable winery LangeTwins (with David Akiyoshi).
- Angel funding has helped her start her own project featuring breathtaking grape varieties many Lodi wineries are afraid of playing with!
- Karen's delicate touch always brings out the best in the fruit (she's won back-to-back Gold and Double Gold medals to prove it!) and really makes these grapes shine in the warm, sandy soils she calls home.
