Serving advice
Serve chilled, remove the top of the capsule, point the bottle away from your face or your guest, untwist the wire, hold the wire and cork tightly in one hand, slowly turn the bottle and the cork will slide out easily with just a little pop.
Food match
It's a true summer wine, it goes well with burgers, pizza. Its also great with grilled salmon.
