Loire's answer to Champagne
Bright citrus, smooth vanilla, delicate bubbles… just say oui. Because it’s a sparkling made outside of Champagne (the Loire Valley, in fact), this French bubbly goes by another name - Crémant. And it’s an irresistible sparkling to add to your ice bucket.
With your funding, Patrice harvested Loire’s famous Chenin Blanc, Chardonnay and a smidge of Cabernet Franc to make this regal regional Crémant – like Champagne – with secondary fermentation in the bottle and a year’s aging in underground caves.
Crémant de Loire is known for its exceptional quality and versatility as an aperitif, and the perfect match for a luxurious French sweet treat (like éclairs and lemon meringue). The most lip-smacking part? It’s yours for a fraction of the cost of Champagne. Treat yourself and taste what Crémant is all about.

This is an excellent apéritif, but also pairs wonderfully with seafood and festive desserts like lemon meringue and my favorite, profiteroles, a French puff pastry with sweet or savory fillings.
