About the wine

It is best to drink in the year it is bottled but can easily age for 2 to 3 years.
Serving advice
Please don't over-chill, as this would somewhat ruin the delicate tastes of the Sauvignon Blanc grape. Observe the serving temperature!

The wine shows best with beautiful seafoods, i.e. scallops, oysters or crab cakes. It also goes splendidly with mild oriental dishes, and of course, with goat cheeses!
