About the wine
Glistening Brut Rosé from your newest sparkling icon
- It’s Rob’s sparkling debut! This delightfully dry Brut Rosé shimmers with tastes of juicy watermelon and cranberry, brought to you on a wave of oh-so-fine bubbles.
- Rob added a small touch of Russian River Pinot Noir to the blend to make this pink really pop and give it an extra layer of lush berry flavor.
- The best sparkling pairings? That’s easy, Rob says: “mimosas at breakfast, with an omelette and a slice of melon. For lunch, perhaps a nice veggie salad with goat cheese. Dinner: sparkling goes well with fish or fried chicken!"
Best before
This fresh pink bubbly is ready to pop on arrival, or feel free to save it for any special occasions coming up within the next year.
Serving advice
Never point the cork at anybody while opening. Once the wire hood is unwound, always keep your hand on the cork.
If the cork breaks during opening, never use a cork screw as this may cause the bottle to explode.
Saber opening at your own risk. Safety glass is a must.
Food match
Sparklers can go with a variety of food because they are lower in alcohol, have less oak, and have an assertive acidity.
Contains sulphites
Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Rob McNeill
Rob’s had a hand in Napa’s sparkling wine game since its infancy, getting his boots wet at Chappellet and Schramsberg and later leading teams for Scharffenberger, Piper-Sonoma and Mumm. That's quite the pedigree!
Thanks to you, this seasoned sparkling professional has a new mission – to make elegant, esteemed bubbly more accessible to all!
He's rubbed elbows with rock stars, made championship bubbly for the major leagues and raked in 90-point scores as a critic darling – but 35 years into this business, this is the first time Rob's making sparkling under his own personal label. That’s all thanks to supporters like you.
