About the wine
Bright Sparkling Rosé from a California legend
This delicate dry Brut Rosé dazzles with a mouthful of ultra-fine bubbles and a splash of juicy strawberry and raspberry, masterfully crafted by your very own iconic sparkling winemaker Rob McNeill.
With your support behind him, Rob was able to go all out on this sparkling Rosé and even added a dash of Pinot Noir to the blend to give your wine an extra luxurious layer of red berry flavor.
The best pairings? “Mimosas with an omelet and a slice of melon. For lunch, perhaps a nice veggie salad with goat cheese. Dinner? Fish or fried chicken,” says Rob.
Best before
Sparkling wine is delicate and should be kept away from light and in a cool place. It's fine to leave in the fridge, but hopefully there will be an excuse to pop one before then!
Serving advice
Never point the cork at anybody while opening. Once the wire hood is unwound, always keep your hand on the cork.
Food match
Make a mimosa and enjoy with brunch. A snack? Potato chips! Perhaps a nice veggie salad with goat cheese for lunch. It also goes with fish, poultry, sushi, fresh crab and fried chicken!
Contains sulphites
Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Rob McNeill
Rob’s had a hand in Napa’s sparkling wine game since its infancy, getting his boots wet at Chappellet and Schramsberg and later leading teams for Scharffenberger, Piper-Sonoma and Mumm. That's quite the pedigree!
Thanks to you, this seasoned sparkling professional has a new mission – to make elegant, esteemed bubbly more accessible to all!
He's rubbed elbows with rock stars, made championship bubbly for the major leagues and raked in 90-point scores as a critic darling – but 35 years into this business, this is the first time Rob's making sparkling under his own personal label. That’s all thanks to supporters like you.
