About the wine
Warm, Mediterranean flair
- Robust and silky, this is a classic Californian red with an old world twist. It's made of grapes you probably haven't heard of.
- Touriga Nacional and Tinto Roriz (aka Tempranillo) are varieties that form the backbone of Portuguese and Spanish wines. But it's rare to find them planted in Amador, CA.
- Sarah + Ana treasure the fruit from the moment it's harvested at Saint Amant Vineyard all the way up to the winery, fermentation, gentle pressing, and 10 months barrel-aging (30% new French oak).

Food match
Pizza & Red blends are a great pairing, can never go wrong. We also think this wine will pair perfectly with winter dishes - roasts and stews are on the top of our list. Will also pair well with charcuterie.
