About the wine
.
- Intense, pure Cabernet from cooler climate Sonoma. Lots of dark fruit and a beautiful inky color – it's big and supple at the same time.
- After a killer 2012 vintage, we turbo charged this wine. Angels funded more expensive vineyards in Sonoma and Alexander Valley, hand harvesting, a 3 day cold soak before the fermentation, and expensive barrel aging (30% new French oak).
- For the love of steak, open up a bottle of this Cab and the humblest ribeye can start tasting like a juicy filet mignon.
