This smooth Shiraz is an Australian charmer
Sam’s Shiraz is light and peppery with the freshness of blackberries and blueberries, a touch of vanilla and wafts of sweet meat cooking on the barbie – it’s the perfect Aussie day in a glass.
With Angel funding, Sam hit 2 different vineyards to create balanced fruit flavors that whisper – not scream – but it say all the right things.
Sam suggests serving his Shiraz slightly cooler than room temperature, so pop it in the fridge for a bit while you fire up the grill and it will be the perfect pairing for anything you char up.

I happily drink this wine young - I love the combination of plushness and brightness and the intensity of flavor - but it will evolve nicely up to 4 years.

Serve cooler than room temperature.

I enjoy this with chargrilled steak seasoned with salt and pepper, a roasted vegetable side and pear couscous salad.
