Best before
I happily drink this wine as a youngster - I love the combination of plushness, intensity of flavor and balance it has now. But this wine also has an impressive ability to age.
Serving advice
Best served at 60-64ºF.
Food match
Ideally we'd have a piece of aged beef to go with this Shiraz. I really like beef off the barbecue with some hickory on the coals - the wood smoke is a lovely match for the sweet smokey oak character in Tait's Shiraz.
