About the wine
This big Cab blend goes down easy
This intensely fruity Cab and Merlot is jam-packed with luxurious dark fruit, done only how your Aussie superstar can.
Adding Merlot from cool-climate Strathbogie Ranges adds gorgeous perfume and a little extra spice to the blend. If you pick up nutty chocolate - that’s from Sam’s aging in various barrels and casks of oak.
Thanks to Angels, this master Australian winemaker can make knockout reds stress-free. He returned the favor - this wine is a twist-top (no complex corkscrew required!)
Best before
The wine is a good drink now. It will get more savory over a few years. If you like the fruit, drink up! If you want more velvety texture, wait a little while.

Food match
I grew up with roast lamb hitting the table at least once a week (thanks Mum!). Mum generally studs the lamb with sprigs of rosemary - it's a good food match for the herbal note in this Cab blend.
