Rose is a lovely simple refreshing drink - it will live for two or three years, but not really improve. I like to drink it as a fresh and refreshing youngster.

Great with salmon the pretty pink color of both will look good at the table! In truth it's a versatile wine that would be great with tapas or even a simple salad.
