About the wine
Polished, powerfully fruity red with a decadent punch
- This red overflows with rich dark berry flavors, like a handful of ripe raspberries and blueberries, backed by a touch of dark chocolate and a smooth, polished finish.
- With Angel funding behind her, Sharon scouted out her choice of Petite Sirah from Lodi to Paso Robles to deliver this powerhouse red packed with intense fruit flavor.
- To strike the perfect balance of flavor, Sharon masterfully blended batches of Petite Sirah with a splash of Cabernet Sauvignon and Pinot Noir for this refined, layered red that’s downright irresistible.
Best before
This red is ready to drink now, but will only get better with more time in the bottle. This wine will age well through 2027.
Serving advice
Please do not open this wine on the day that you receive it. This is a young wine and I do recommend decanting this wine for 60 mins prior to drinking to allow the flavors and aromatics to fully develop. This also helps soften the tannins and will give the wine a smoother taste. I also recommend letting all of my wines rest for a minimum of 2 weeks after receiving them to allow them to recover from the shipping. The shipping really does impact the aromatics and flavors of the wine and does make a difference on how much you will enjoy your wines.

- It started as a few odd jobs in the cellar, and turned into a winemaking gig. Over 30 years later, Sharon can't imagine ever wanting to do anything else.
- Sharon's responsible for making some seriously great wines for others – thousands over her 30-year career. But she's always disappointed after the wine's shipped off... all that hard work, and she never hears what becomes of it!
