Best before
The coffee is ready to enjoy when you receive it and in whole bean form will show well for some time, probably at least through March 2020.
Serving advice
Store it in a cool, dry place, preferably in an airtight container. Don't store it in the freezer! If you grind the whole bag, try to use it within 2-3 weeks as the flavors fade quickly once it's ground.
Food match
It's a great morning brew of course, and it would stand well on its own after any meal. To pair with a dessert, stick with something simple. Shortbread or biscotti would be good, with or without a bit of chocolate. Finally, and I credit my coffee pro friend Amy with this, it's a great match with Tom Shula 2017 North Coast Merlot!
