Best before
This wine is ready to enjoy now! With proper storage, it will continue to drink well for 2-4 years. You might try putting away a couple of bottles for a few years as an experiment, but don't forget them!
Serving advice
Most young reds will benefit from some aeration. My favorite method it to swirl the wine in the glass every few minutes to sense the aromas as they open up. Usually after 15-20 minutes you'll know it's ready to taste. Alternatively, you can decant/aerate or just open the bottle 30 minutes before pouring.
Food match
My favorite pairing from previous vintages was pasta in a rich Bolognese sauce with a bit of chili flakes (the sauce included 1/2 bottle of the wine!).
It's great with many foods including grilled or roast meats, charcuterie, and medium sharp cheeses.
