Rich, complex red from an Angel-turned-winemaker

My personal choice might be a grilled ribeye, but I think it would be equally good with lamb chops, roast duck, or spaghetti and meatballs!"
Best before
I expect this wine to improve significantly in the first 18-24 months after release. If stored properly it should continue to improve for at least 3-5 years.
Serving advice
If you want to enjoy it soon after release (so probably through March 2017 more so), I'd recommend decanting 30-40 minutes before serving. If you want a glimpse of how this wine may develop, pour a glass and recork the bottle. Let that glass sit for at least 30 minutes before you taste (you can swirl and sniff in the meantime). If you can wait, don't pour another glass until the next day. Repeat for a few days until it's gone!
