Evangelos studied food science at (deep breath) Georgikon Panepistimion Athinon. When he moved to the states, he was actually hoping to work for a dairy farm! But that love for wine way down in his DNA soon took over...
He started out working for a small, luxury wine brand in Yountville called Cosentino before he landed in Lodi - and it’s where he’s really found his stride...
As head winemaker for Lodi Vintners, your Angel-funded winemaker is the chief ambassador of this up-and-coming wine region. He knows every nook and cranny of its land, and just how to nurture its best fruit.
He can’t wait to share his favorite wines for you – and see his name on a label for the very first time. “It’s an absolute dream come true,” he says.
