This will age in your cellar up to 10 years. It will be hard to wait, but Angels will be rewarded for their patience.

If you're eager to try it now, please decant it 1-2 hours, so the tannins soften and the fruit fully expresses itself.

This will pair well with a well-marbled steak, cheese board (manchego, parmesan, cheddar) and charcuterie. Don't forget the crunchy baguette! For vegetarians, I recommend ratatouille.
