Stephen's been making wines for Angels since wayyy back in the beginning. His unparalleled experience has made his South African Cabernet Sauvignon one of the most popular Angel-funded wines of all time.
With a little more funding from Angels, Stephen was joined by his son Jamie in the winery to create this special Magnum-sized, Reserve-level edition of their Angel-favorite South African Cabernet. It's effortlessly robust... and then some!

This is a rich, dense and well-structured Cabernet with good aging potential! It's drinking well now (great for Christmas!)

Open it up a little early. Give it 45 minutes or so to breathe before serving for best results.
Food match
Go all out - serve with short ribs, prime rib and filet mignon. This is a delicious red that can handle a nice marinade as well!

Meet the winemaker - Stephen & Jamie de Wet

Stephen’s made wine from the family vineyard since the tender age of 17 and he’s passed his passion onto son Jamie, who now makes wines hand-in-hand with Dad at the de Wet’s 16th-generation family farm.
