You funded Ashley to pick grapes from Sonoma Coast’s coldest vineyards – where they ripen slowly and evenly. Post-harvest, she took extra care to treat this sparkling right – it's made in the Traditional Method (like Champagne). That brings out richness and class.

This is a fresh, bright and fruity sparkling wine that can be drunk right away but will also age beautifully for 5 or more years to come.
Serving advice
Chill as cold as possible. At least a few hours in the fridge! Be careful when opening. Sparkling wines have a LOT of pressure so open slowly and carefully.

I love to pair my Blanc de Blancs with oysters for a special occasion as much as I love this with salted potato chips... or French fries!
