About the wine
The Gran Daddy of all Spanish reds
- Get ready to uncork magic. Jorge packed everything into this supple red – warm Mediterranean sun, and fresh coastal air included.
- It's not just common old Reserva, this is Gran Reserva, and in Spain that really means something. He only used the grapes that have the best fruit, structure and intensity.
- And the wine is matured slowly, in toasty American oak barrels for a full 18 months to give it that mellow, smooth, caramel and vanilla flavor. Not to mention... it's been bottle aging ever since! Yum!
Best before
we do release the wine when we think it is ready to drink but for sure it will benefit for a couple of years of age.
Serving advice
a good 2 hours of opening in advance will make the difference
Food match
it can stand all kind of stews and red meat, but due to the way it's done and the smoothness is also nice with lighter food like pasta or pizza
Contains sulphites
