Serving advice
Open and enjoy. If refrigerator is too cold, you may want to let it sit out for a bit to warm up then open. Slightly warmer will allow more of the aromatics to shine, and make the wine more enjoyable.

It will go with literally everything from popcorn to a complex pasta dish with a rich cream sauce. I would recommend some slightly spicy street tacos.
