About the wine
Creamy and complex Lodi Chardonnay
- David Akiyoshi tastes fruit from over 8,000 acres every year and is the preeminent expert on Lodi Chardonnay.
- Fragrant and bright as a fresh apple pie, with bits of spice from a special aging technique. This is the most complex Chardonnay you can find at this price.
- Douse some fresh Dungeness crab in butter and plenty of fresh lemon and let this white join an amazing flavor duet.

Meet the winemaker - David Akiyoshi
- "Best of California" in 2012, David was Director of Winemaking for Robert Mondavi's Woodbridge for 25 years.
- He was at the helm of Lodi's largest winery and is a fastidious and dedicated winemaker, the kind you expect to find in the world's most competitive and prestigious wine regions.
