- With your support, David brought together a daring trio of "inky" grapes – punchy Tannat, fruity Teroldego and brooding Petite Sirah – to make this truly original red blend that’s quickly become an Angel-favorite.
- David teamed up with world-renowned tattoo artist Zhou Dan Ting (aka Ms. Ting, aka “China’s First Lady of Tattoo”) to create a special-edition label – and Angel votes helped decide the final beautiful design!

Pour a glass and experience the wine as it airs out and every flavor comes to the surface.
Food match
The wine is almost a meal in itself. Some pungent, aged cheese and a baguette would be sporty. A grilled Angus beef burger topped with some black truffles would stand up to Ink. A marinated pork belly gua bao Momofuko-style would do nicely too.

Meet the winemaker - David Akiyoshi
- "Best of California" in 2012, David was Director of Winemaking for Robert Mondavi's Woodbridge for 25 years.
- He was at the helm of Lodi's largest winery and is a fastidious and dedicated winemaker, the kind you expect to find in the world's most competitive and prestigious wine regions.
