This was made for drinking now. I enjoy this wine best when it's young and fresh and the fruit characters shine.

Serve chilled and make sure you have another bottle in the refrigerator. The biggest complaint I get is there's never enough. It goes down so easily!

Meet the winemaker - Daryl Groom
- Meet Daryl... a 35-year veteran of the wine biz, credited eight-times as Winemaker of the Year, named by Food & Wine Magazine as one of 11 visionaries to change the world of wine... and oh yes, he served up his wines at the Oscars and Emmys two years in a row! Safe to say, the man's accomplished.
- Working as the senior white and red winemaker at Penfolds, his 1986 Penfolds Grange was arguably one of the top 3 Granges ever made - 98 points from Spectator and Robert Parker. And now that he works for you, he loves showing off wines from Australia and his California home – Sonoma and Russian River Valley.
- Thanks to your funding, Daryl can focus on doing what he loves – making great wine and sharing great wine. And he selects the best barrels he needs and farms to the best quality. "You are a gift from God to a winemaker," he says. "I knew there were Angels in heaven!"

I'm liking this one. A good Adelaide take on the Sauv. Blanc, crisp yet tropical and less grapefruity than comes from NZ.

Dry, flavorful, and nippy. Enjoyed with spouse as a sipping wine. Served with seafood, especially those with a bright sauce like Shrimp Creole.

Exactly what youd expect from a sauvignon blanc - a little fruity with a tad dry finish. I found nothing wrong with this wine, but just prefer something a bit more complex and sweeter.
