Even when powerhouse Lodi Cabernet would have been enough on its own, Evangelos dared to go even bigger and bolder, aging the wine in French oak barrels for extra elegance and complexity.

Make sure you give yourself plenty of time to enjoy this Cab – with flavors this irresistible, you’ll need to take an extra minute or two after each sip to let it all sink in and catch your breath again.

The wine will be great for another 5-10 years .Should be perfect to drink in 2-3 years, but I couldn't wait that long because it tastes great right now too.
Serving advice
Aerate / decant at least 30 minutes before drinking.
Enjoy at temperature between 63-69oF
