About the wine

Lodi had a cooler harvest this vintage, which gave these grapes an extra boost of robust flavor and color while they ripened slowly on the vine. And because of your support, you’re getting this luscious Cab for less than $10!
Stephen likes to drink this red with a juicy burger. "Just add grilled mushrooms, sweet onions, and all the fixin’s," he says.
Best before
This wine will age well for the next couple of years. But who can wait that long when a great bottle of wine is only a twist of a screw cap away.
Serving advice
When this wine is first released it will probably need to breath for 30 minutes or so after opening.
Food match
I'm really looking forward to grilling up a hamburger made with Orvis Ranch Beef. Thick and juicy with grilled mushrooms and sweet onions and all the fixin's.

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
