My Cabernet will age nicely for the next couple of years, so it is a good candidate for buying a few extra bottles for later if you're feeling so inclined.
Serving advice
Like any young red wine, my 2020 Angels Reserve Cabernet will benefit from a little air once it is opened. Or you could decant the bottle all at once and get the flavors kicked up a notch.
Food match
I plan to fire up the Weber and assemble a mixed grill of potatoes, fresh asparagus and a 3-finger bone-in rib eye. This is Liz's favorite dinner and I enjoy making it for her. Of course we'll be sharing a glass or two of this Cabernet to go with it.

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
