Best before
My 2023 Angels Reserve Pinot will get better with a little bottle age. But honestly, I don't know how you could be so restrained and delay opening a bottle as soon as it arrives.
Serving advice
Rational F. Stephen says to open up a bottle about 30 minutes before tasting. But I'm not always that rational.
Food match
Liz's sister runs a fishing boat out of Sitka, Alaska so our freezer is always well stocked with goodies that will pair well with my Pinot. Our current fav is to enjoy grilled salmon from our Weber weekly. We set it up with a misting of organic olive oli to which we add a fresh cut lemon slice and a generous pat of Kerry Gold Irish butter. In the interest of doing some actual work making this dish I brush the salmon while the butter melts with a Rosemary brush harvested right from the garden. My glass of Angels Reserve Pinot is always right by my side.

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
