About the wine
You don't bring this Zin to the BBQ, you bring the BBQ to this Zin.

Best before
This wine will best enjoyed a couple of months after release. But then don't hold back. That should be smack dab in the middle of summer. I can hardly wait.
Serving advice
While this wine is young it probably wouldn't hurt to open it 30 minutes or so early to let it breathe.
Food match
That's simple. It'd hard to beat a good bottle of Zin and grilled lamb. And corn. And grill smoked peppers. Summer on a plate!

Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
