About the wine
Celebrate Naked's 10th anniversary with this 95+ rated, barrel-aged Cabernet from your most popular winemaker - ever.
This elegant Cabernet is a bona fide Angel-funded classic, bursting with ripe black cherry flavors and a signature rich, velvety texture that's made it truly beloved, with an average 95% lifetime rating over 9 vintages.
Your funding helped Stephen Millier pull out all the stops for his 9th vintage of Black Label Cabernet, blending fruit from California’s big red country, Lodi, with grapes from his own estate in the Sierra foothills.
Stephen aged this luscious red in French and American oak barrels for an extra splash of richness and complexity. One giant sip and you’ll know why Angels can’t get enough of this Cabernet – yours in a Magnum for a limited time.
Best before
This is a magnum bottling of Cabernet which means you don't have to stress about drinking it when it's just right. That gives you more time to work on the guest list for when you will be opening it.
Serving advice
There's no hurry to open this up. But when you do decide you cannot wait any longer, I suggest you crack open the cork about 1 hour ahead of the time you plan on serving dinner.
Food match
As I say, "go big or go home." It needs a big-time dinner presentation. Lately I've developed a fondness for the 3-finger thick steak. Slow roast over indirect heat on the grill 'til it reaches 125F. While it's relaxing, slather butter, then finish it off on the grill. You'll become spoiled by the steak done this way.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Stephen Millier
- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
- If you like underdogs, Stephen's your man. He will find the over-looked and under-appreciated and he will take precious care to make sure they grow into big, beautiful wines that deserve more attention.
