Food match
This time of year, I always look forward to getting the pork prime rib from Costco. I trim it up into 2 rib portions to pan sear in our cast iron skillet which then gets tossed into a hot oven for finishing. So simple and so good. It stays so juicy without the hassle of brining. We serve it up with roasted seasonal vegetables that complement the pork. Yum.

- Stephen is no stranger to gold medals, but usually his prestigious employers are the only ones in the limelight.
- We offered Stephen some Angel funding to set aside some of his favorites wines and vineyards to make a special range with his name on the label just for us, and he jumped at the opportunity.
