Elegant Spanish sparkling - an easy-sipping traditional bubbly
Bright and light, this is a traditional Spanish bubbly, buzzing with crisp apple flavors, tangy citrus and a tingling mouthful of refined bubbles.
Franck used Angel funding to harvest Xarel-Lo, Macabeo and Parellada – a trio of classic Spanish white grape varieties – from sustainably farmed vineyards tended exclusively by hand, picked at the ripest moment for the fullest flavors possible.
Made using the same method as high-end French sparkling, think of Cava like the Champagne of Spain without all the pomp. It's the perfect pairing both for special occasions and for cozying up with a glass any night of the week.
