- Calling on his expertise as a sommelier, Franck says a good rule of thumb for pairing this wine is that if you can think up a meal with lime somewhere in the recipe, it’s most likely a great match for Verdejo.

Serve it well-chilled. Once it's cold enough, there's no need to wait before enjoying it.
Food match
Locally it would be seafood paella, but also seafood in general would be wonderful. It will also go well with meat dishes such as chicken with a lemon sauce. Caesar salad or grilled fish with a dash of lemon and fennel would work perfectly too. As a general rule, if you would put lime in the meal, it will probably pair well with Verdejo!
