About the wine
Elegant, rich Reserve Chardonnay from a top Chilean winemaker's own estate
- Irene’s Reserva Chardonnay is a rich and creamy Chilean classic, balancing fresh fruit flavors like pear and pineapple with a trace of citrus and a touch of oaky spice on a long, luxurious finish.
- Irene harvested this high-end, hand-picked Chardonnay right from her own Curicó Valley vineyard set in the heart of Chilean wine country, where a warm Mediterranean climate helps her grow some of the region's most prestigious, pinkies-up fruit.
- With your support, Irene was able to age this Chardonnay for a full year in oak barrels – now it’s all yours to savor! For a tastebud-tingling meal, your winemaker suggests pairing a glass with your choice of savory seafood or a rich, creamy Brie.
Best before
This wine has the potential to age well over the next 4 years.
Serving advice
Chill this Chardonnay down just a bit before enjoying it. I recommend serving this at around 57º to 59°F.
Food match
Seafood, shellfish and fish of intense flavor, such as smoked salmon or albacore, would make great pairings with this Chardonnay. Soft cheeses and white meat would also be excellent.

Wine profile
Meet the winemaker - Irene Paiva
Irene had a hand in most of the top wines in Chile. As a pioneering women winemaker in South America, she's cited in loads of wine curriculum books across the world for her influence in the region!
Being an independent winemaker in Chile is rare, and Irene leads the way. With over 20 years of experience, she is a highly sought-after winemaking consultant and manages her own vineyard estate...
... that’s where her Angel-funded wines come from. She’s made wines for Chile's big names (including San Pedro and Sena, Robert Mondavi’s Chilean brand with Eduardo Chadwick) but her very favorite consultant is YOU.
