Barrel-aged Aussie red - steeped in lush flavor
Full of ripe red and dark berries, a hint of oak and a touch of tempting spiciness, this rich red is what Jen calls “the ultimate expression of what I love about Shiraz."
Angel funding got Jen into a handful of the best vineyards in her corner of South Australia (including her own), each with older vines and lower yields that gave the fruit the perfect intensity Jen wanted for this wine.

Best before
My Diamond Shiraz is a superb drink now, but will certainly delight if matured for until 2031.
Serving advice
I recommend opening it (and decanting if possible) around 2 hours prior to serving. Serve it cooler than room temperature.
Food match
I love this with pumpkin tortellini with brown butter, walnuts and sage. It's also fabulous with roast beef with all the trimmings - or a beef Massaman curry.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
