About the wine
The Hero returns! Jen's star Shiraz is back from Down Under
- This trademark Australian red is vibrant and lively – just like Australia's Young Winemaker of the Year herself.
- Jen says: "2018 was a cracking red vintage here in Australia, with the reds having great fullness and depth, but lovely fruit definition and freshness. All this combined with a bit of the rocking redheaded flair makes it a must for Angels!!"
- I know Jen's a vegan but I can't help stick this beautiful wine next to a perfectly char-grilled steak. MMMmmm!

My Hero Shiraz is drinking superbly now, and will continue to mature for 8 years until 2026.
Serving advice
I recommend opening and decanting or breathing for 2-3 hours prior to serving.
Ideal serving temperature is 57 to 64°F.
Food match
My Hero Shiraz will pair perfectly to BBQ lamb ribs, home-made Shepherd's Pie or a chickpea and pumpkin curry.

Jen grew up in a winemaking family and has been sipping legendary Australian wines from an early age. She's been able to travel widely and honed her craft with some of the best names in the business in France and Portugal before coming home to Australia
